SudzyBinz Service Terms & Conditions

Service Commitment

By enrolling in a recurring service plan, customers agree to the service frequency selected at the time of booking. Service dates may be adjusted due to weather or operational delays, but SudzyBinz will make reasonable efforts to complete each service within the intended service window.

Service Pricing

• One-Time Service: $79 for up to two bins.
• 4-Week Recurring Service: $25 per completed service for up to two bins.
• 12-Week Recurring Service: $35 per completed service for up to two bins.
• Additional Bins: $9 per additional bin on recurring service plans.

Recurring Service Minimum & Early Cancellation

All recurring service plans require a minimum of three (3) completed services. Customers who cancel a recurring plan before completing the three-service minimum may be responsible for the difference between the recurring service price paid and the $79 one-time service rate for services already completed.

Billing & Payment

All services are billed according to the selected plan, along with any applicable trash-removal, disposal, or separately approved special-handling charges. Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon at booking. Failure to provide payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Service Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring their bins are accessible and available for service on the scheduled service date. SudzyBinz is not responsible for missed services caused by inaccessible bins, blocked placement, or restricted access.

Trash Removal & Disposal

Trash left inside a bin may result in an additional removal and disposal charge:

• $5 for a minimal amount of trash.
• $20 for a regular or significant amount of trash requiring removal and disposal.

Hazardous Materials

SudzyBinz does not remove, handle, or dispose of hazardous or potentially hazardous materials. These materials include, but are not limited to, chemicals, gasoline, oil, paint, pesticides, herbicides, pool chemicals, batteries, propane or pressurized containers, needles or sharps, medical or biohazardous waste, human or animal waste, unknown liquids or substances, and any material that may pose a chemical, biological, fire, or physical hazard.

Right to Refuse Service

If hazardous or potentially hazardous materials are found, SudzyBinz reserves the right to refuse removal or cleaning of the bin and/or stop service until the material has been safely removed by the customer.

Special Disposal

Hazardous-material disposal or special handling, if available, is not included in the standard service or $20 trash-removal fee and requires separate arrangements and customer approval.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for properly disposing of prohibited or hazardous materials through an appropriate disposal facility or service before the bin is serviced.

Weather & Service Delays

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes when possible.

Damage & Liability

SudzyBinz is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural weakness, or wear to bins or surrounding property. Any concerns should be reported prior to service.
