SudzyBinz Service Terms & Conditions

Service Commitment

By enrolling in any recurring service plan, the client agrees to the scheduled service frequency selected at the time of booking. Service dates may be adjusted due to weather or operational delays, but all efforts will be made to complete services within the intended service window.

Minimum Service Requirement (Six-Week Plan)

Clients enrolled in the six-week service plan agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) completed service visits. Early cancellation prior to fulfillment of this minimum requirement is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Once the minimum service requirement has been fulfilled, clients may request cancellation of their service plan at any time. If cancellation is requested after the minimum requirement has been met, a cancellation fee equal to the standard rate of a one-time service will apply.

Billing & Payment

All services are billed according to the selected plan. Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon at booking. Failure to provide payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Service Access Requirements

Clients agree to provide reasonable access to trash bins on scheduled service days. SudzyBinz is not responsible for missed services due to inaccessible bins, blocked placement, or restricted access.

Weather & Service Delays

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes when possible.

Damage & Liability

SudzyBinz is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural weakness, or wear to bins or surrounding property. Any concerns should be reported prior to service.
